Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you purchase a HOA Pushback digital product and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request it within 30 days of your purchase date
  • You have accessed the product materials
  • You are unsatisfied with the product for any reason

Refunds are available regardless of whether you have downloaded, reviewed, or used the materials.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@hoapushback.com with your order number and reason for the refund request
  2. Include the email address associated with your purchase
  3. We will respond within 24 business hours to confirm and process your refund

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor. Your bank may take an additional 1-3 business days to post the credit to your account.

Refunds After 30 Days

Refunds are not available for purchases made more than 30 days ago. However, we offer customer support for technical issues or questions about how to use the materials—please reach out to support@hoapushback.com.

Non-Refundable Items

Once you have received access to the digital product, you have 30 days to evaluate it. After 30 days, the purchase is final.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud or misuse of our products. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
